Tearsheets

I spent more than 32 years in daily news — here today and gone tomorrow. I threw away my yellowed masses of wire service tearsheets years ago. Magazine work has ranked among the most gratifying experiences I have had, both as a writer and as a photographer. This is particularly true of my job at Legion Magazine, where I am passionate about the subject matter (military history, veterans’ issues and some defence stories) and I work alongside committed writers and editors seasoned in the art and craft of magazine publishing. The job has an added benefit: a crack art department team, all of whom are gratifyingly passionate about their work. The evidence is below.
